Efshar is a non-profit organization that provides social services to the Israeli public. The site is in Hebrew and accordingly, was built to be viewed from right to left. The design incorporates a collage of faces that represent a microcosm of Israeli society. Dark colors are used to convey the serious nature of social problems, such as alcoholism and domestic violence. A solid border frames the design to convey the feeling of reassurance and support the organization provides.
